Capcom is taking six named games to Tokyo Game Show 2026, with a separate online presentation scheduled before the exhibition opens. The official Capcom Tokyo Game Show 2026 page lists Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, Mega Man Dual Override, Pragmata, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and Street Fighter 6.

The show runs at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from September 17 to September 21, with business days on September 17 and 18 and public days from September 19 through 21. Capcom’s event page also confirms a Capcom Spotlight stream for Wednesday, September 16 at 7:00 a.m. PDT, although it notes that the broadcast time can change.

Six games define Capcom’s TGS floor

Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance is the most direct continuation of a major Capcom release on the list. The expansion sits alongside Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, giving the publisher two large-scale fantasy adventures in its headline group. Players who want a refresher on the series’ systems can revisit our Monster Hunter Wilds expansion breakdown, although Ascendance is a separate piece of content from the Sunbreak expansion covered there.

The lineup then stretches across several different kinds of Capcom project. Mega Man Dual Override is listed alongside Pragmata, the science-fiction adventure that has remained one of the company’s more mysterious upcoming releases. Onimusha: Way of the Sword represents Capcom’s return to a historical action series, while Street Fighter 6 keeps the company’s competitive fighting game at the centre of its current live catalogue.

Capcom’s page labels these entries as games on exhibition and shows individual artwork for each one. It does not promise a new announcement for every title, so the confirmed information is the presence of the six games at the event rather than a specific demo schedule or a set of new reveals. That distinction matters with a show lineup: a listed game can be part of the booth’s programme without every detail of its appearance being public in advance.

Spotlight gets the first word

The digital event gives Capcom a chance to set expectations before visitors reach the show floor. The company describes Capcom Spotlight as an online programme bringing the latest news on Capcom titles. Its September 16 slot places that presentation one day before the business portion of TGS begins, creating a clear separation between the broadcast and the in-person exhibition.

There is no announced running time on the English event page, and Capcom has not assigned specific segments to the six games. That leaves room for the company to focus the stream on whichever projects have the most immediate updates. Pragmata and Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance are obvious candidates for new information because they appear prominently in the event artwork, but treating either as confirmed broadcast content would go beyond what Capcom has published.

The event also includes partner exhibitors and an E-Capcom merchandise store. The partner section names Monster Hunter Outlanders, while the store is described as a Tokyo Game Show collection with collaborations and commemorative goods. Those additions make the page broader than a game announcement, but the six-game list remains the clearest editorial headline.

Capcom’s current business story has already put Pragmata and other releases under a bright spotlight, as we noted in our report on Capcom’s recent results. TGS 2026 will show whether that attention turns into concrete footage or announcements. For a wider look at the hardware audience around the event, our Nintendo Switch 2 games guide covers the platform context shared by several titles in Capcom’s lineup.

For now, the schedule is firm enough to mark two dates: Capcom Spotlight on September 16, followed by the Tokyo Game Show exhibition from September 17. The official page is the place to watch for changes to the stream time and further details about what each game will show.
