Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force have set Attack on Titan 3 for December 10, bringing the final chapter of the action series to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC via Steam. The date arrives with pre-orders open across most platforms and a refreshed look at the game on the official Koei Tecmo site, which now lists the release and its pre-order editions.

On Steam, the Standard Edition is priced at $69.99 (54.99 pounds, 69.99 euros), with a SteelBook Launch Edition and a $89.99 Digital Deluxe Edition also available. Switch 2 pre-orders will open at a later date, Koei Tecmo said, and the game will be sold digitally and at retail across all four platforms when it launches.
Positioned as a compilation of the Attack on Titan game series, the new entry lets players experience the story from its opening through to its conclusion. Koei Tecmo says memorable scenes from the previous titles have been rebuilt, and the Nine Titans appear in-game for the first time, joined by brand-new story developments around the existing narrative.
Combat again centers on omni-directional mobility gear, with Koei Tecmo promising more dangerous Titans that use new attacks and behaviors to keep the Scout Regiment under pressure. Outside the walls, players assemble a squad of Scouts with individual skills, construct supply bases, and expand territory, while the Regimental HQ mode adds character interactions and new, never-before-told stories.
Koei Tecmo accompanied the announcement with a new gameplay reveal trailer, hosted on the game’s official video page alongside footage of the rebuilt battle scenes. The studio is positioning the release as the closing act of the game series, with the story presented from its opening through to its conclusion in a single package.
The Digital Deluxe Edition bundles the game with 72 hours of early access (not offered on Switch 2), a digital official art book, a customization pack with three costumes and seven creator parts, a 13-part Original Equipment Pack, and a Starter Item Pack. The SteelBook Launch Edition adds a SteelBook case, an ICONART reversible print, and two in-game customization items. Early purchasers across editions receive a Wings of Freedom Hoodie costume, while digital pre-orders add Wings of Freedom Earrings.
Owners of save data from Attack on Titan 2 or Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle will receive a special in-game gift, with details to be announced closer to launch. Omega Force, the studio behind Koei Tecmo’s Warriors series, is handling development on all platforms.
The December 10 slot places the launch in the final stretch of the year’s busiest release window, arriving roughly two weeks before Christmas. For returning players, the save-data bonus and rebuilt scenes give the game the feel of a capstone release; for newcomers, the compilation structure covers the full story from the start, with no prior entry required before diving into the fight.
With store listings now live on Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox, and Switch 2 pre-orders still to open, Attack on Titan 3 completes its assault on December 10, 2026.
