*Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora* is now available through the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for PS5, giving Extra and Premium members access to Ubisoft's open-world action game as part of Sony's July 2026 rollout. *Firefighting Simulator: Ignite* also arrives globally on July 21, while Premium members gain two older titles through the Classics Catalog.

Sony confirmed the timing in the official PlayStation Blog lineup, which uses different release dates in selected markets rather than unlocking every July addition at once. The July 21 wave is the broadest global release point, but some games arrived earlier or will follow on July 28 in the US, UK and Japan.
The headliner is the PS5 version of *Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora*. Players explore Pandora's Western Frontier as a Na'vi raised by the RDA before reconnecting with the clans and fighting the corporation. It is joined globally by *Firefighting Simulator: Ignite*, a cooperative Unreal Engine 5 simulation built around dynamic fire, smoke and rescue missions. Both are current-generation PS5 releases, while the classics use Sony's compatibility layer to reach newer consoles.
PlayStation Plus Premium also adds *Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy* globally on PS5 and PS4. The 2004 action game gives protagonist Nick Scryer telekinesis, mind control and other psychic abilities alongside conventional weapons. *Indigo Prophecy*, known as *Fahrenheit* in many regions, joins the PS4 catalog in supported markets. Sony corrected its original announcement after it incorrectly listed a PS5 version and wider availability in Japan and Asia.
*Rise of the Ronin* is part of the same July catalog but followed an earlier schedule. Team Ninja's open-world action RPG became available on July 15 in the US and UK and July 16 in Japan. That means subscribers should check the catalog in their own region rather than assume every title unlocked on July 21.
The remaining US, UK and Japan additions are scheduled for July 28. Sony lists *Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind*, *Dying Light*, *Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector* and *Snow Bros. Wonderland* for that later wave. Availability can still vary by region and subscription tier.
GameSpot's July catalog coverage independently confirms *Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora* as the July 21 PS5 addition. The important distinction is that Game Catalog titles are part of the Extra and Premium libraries, not the monthly Essential games that members claim and retain while subscribed. Catalog access lasts only while a title remains in the service and the membership is active.
Extra members can use the main Game Catalog additions, including *Avatar* and *Firefighting Simulator*. Premium is required for the Classics Catalog entries. That tier split matters more than the word "free": these are subscription-library additions, and Sony can remove catalog games later even when a member downloaded them during July.
For players deciding where to start, the July 21 wave covers three very different styles: a large first-person open world, a cooperative emergency simulation and a cult action game built around physics-driven psychic powers. Sony's staggered schedule makes the lineup less immediate than a single monthly drop, but it also gives Extra and Premium members new additions across three separate dates.
